These muffins are rustic and so friggin tasty! They are also from The Joy of Vegan Baking recipe book and let me tell you, I was hesitant while making these since the batter is more doughish than I am use to. I was so glad when they finished baking that they were excellent!They may be ugly but they are yummy! Try them!
