This weekend I wanted to try a new receipe so I thought I would try one from "Vegan Cookies Take Over The World". They are the Shortbread Fudgies and they are a piped cookie.I had never tried piping before and let's just say I am not expert! It was actually a fun receipe and I enjoyed piping the cookies and then adding the chocolate drops in the middle.
My husband LOVED them, and I adored them as well. I added some almond extract and it just added a bit more of a pop in the flavor.
So try something new and try a piped cookie! I know I will be making these again soon!
