So last evening my husband wanted to watch the movie "Predators" so I thought this was the best time to try a new cookie.Hubby loves coconut so I tried this cookie from '"Vegan cookies invade your cookie jar". The came out great! Not only did my hubby love them but so did both our workplaces! For a simple recipe it came out very lovely and full flavored!
I really recommend this baking book to anyone who loves to make cookies and want some easier recipes that still look great!
