This is just a quick post to show my favorite thing..... Chocolate Chip Cookies! These lovely ones are from The Joy of Vegan Baking and they are so amazingly tasty! They are soft and yummy and my husband always asks for them! As I have said before, anyone interested in vegan baking needs The Joy of Vegan Baking, it's just the most amazing baking book!
